What is tele-consultation



We provide a digital healthcare service where patients can have a face-to-face video consult via phone or laptop/pc with our specialist doctors. Skip the queues in the clinic and consult our specialists from wherever you are! Conditions potentially suitable:



•                   Our existing patients who have new symptoms or who need refills of their medications

•                   Second opinion regarding abnormal X-Ray and CT scan findings

•                   Preliminary discussion regarding diagnosis and treatment plan. This may be suitable for overseas patients considering treatment in Singapore.


Acute chest pain, severe breathlessness or coughing of large amounts of blood are not suitable for tele-consultation. If you experience any of these, you should go to the nearest Emergency Department:


How do I organize a tele-consultation

•                   You can make an appointment via phone, email, online booking, contact form or WhatsApp.

•                   We will require one working day to revert. There will be some correspondence regarding preferred doctor, date and time. After appointment confirmation, you will receive an email to pre-register your details online.

•                   Occasionally, you may be asked to forward your CT scans and X-Rays in the form of a CD. This is because our specialists may need to review the scans to form an accurate diagnosis and enhance the value of the tele-consultation.


What can I expect from the tele-consultation?

It is similar to a face-to-face visit. You will be talking to your doctor about your symptoms and have the opportunity to ask questions regarding your diagnosis, treatment options, risks of any procedures and costs involved.


At the end of the tele-consultation, you will be emailed an itemized bill, which would include the following:

•                   Consultation fees

•                   Cost of medications (if applicable) and medication delivery charges (if applicable)


Where appropriate, our specialists will be able to give you a prescription to fill at your local pharmacy. If necessary, and with the right approvals, we can even deliver the medicines to you.


How do I pay for my tele-consultation?


Our charges are similar to a face-to-face visit. We use an online payment gateway known as PlatoPay, which is a secure, PCI-DSS compliant service that lets the clinic charge your credit card remotely for services rendered—the same way Grab or Uber might charge you for delivery or a car ride.In certain situations, PayNow and bank transfers are also accepted.
